We took the tour with "Ken" and it last about 90 minutes. A fantastic experience if you like factory tours. They take you from step one the a finished rod, which touches over 30 hands before it's complete. Now I understand why these rods demand such high prices. High quality that will last you a long time! In regards to the store, they have great workers that can answer any question you have about the type of rod you need and how to use it. The warranty is also top notch. Worth a drive over from Hayward if you are staying there!

Similar to the common theme expressed by others, this company hides behind automated phone and email systems. They are happy to take your money, but will not provide status, answer their phones or return emails. I placed an order with G Loomis after this order and that order was processed and status provided in 24 hours. This was my first time ordering from St. Croix and can rest assured, will be my last. Note to management, it’s much more effective to keep a customer than find new ones. Your failure is just another’s gain.

I have tried for close to two weeks to reach a human for customer service on a broken rod. No one has answered the phone and when I leave call back messages on their “return your call service” I have received no response. Due to the delay by St. Croix I am unable to return the $145 rod to the seller as it is pass the return date. At this point, I am unwilling to do business with this company as it is impossible to reach anybody at the company for assistance on their products.
